Y-Fitness Clubs
Located throughout Auckland City, its suburbs and in Hamilton the Y-Fitness club chain offers not only great fitness and exercise facilities, it also provides its members with additional facilities and services other fitness clubs do not; Y-Swimming , Y-Kids and Y-Youth , Y-Outdoors , Y-Sports , check out the other YMCA core programmes.

Y-Personal Training Information
We have personal trainers available who will help you reach health and fitness goals. Y-Personal Trainers can create a safe programme to assist you in reducing body fat, or maintaining a healthy weight. Your personal trainer can provide nutritional information and education as part of their service, giving you all the tools you need to reach your goals, more importantly they can bind all the components together providing you advice, support and motivation. If you are feeling bored, unmotivated or not achieving your training objectives Y-Personal Training may be for you.
Stick With It! Programme
On joining all members can start on the 'Stick With It" programme ensuring
you are monitored and motivated to reach your exercise and health goals. Stick
With It includes:
Fitness Consultation, Personalised Programme and Ongoing Support
All new members receive a one on one fitness consultation with one of our REPs
qualified instructors. They will then take you through your personalised
programme to help you meet your personal lifestyle and fitness goals. After your have been shown through your programme you will receive regular support and weekly catch ups during your first 5 weeks to ensure you stay on track, and then a new programme after that every 6-8 weeks - & all included in the membership! Fitness events and challenges
Y-Fitness club offer a variety of activities to help motivate and challenge you to make exercise fun and enjoyable. Activities include:

Cardiovascular Equipment
Increase stamina, burn calories on the latest treadmills, cross trainers, elliptical trainers, rowers and bikes. Most cardio areas have TVs for your enjoyment.
Resistance Equipment
Both fixed and free weights are available to help build strength, tone and stability.
Stretch and Abs
A variety of Swiss ball, medicine ball and abs equipment are available to help with function, core strength, tummy work and stretching.
