  • Aids weight control. Diets alone are not the answer to combatting fat and the reduction of weight, most people do not need to diet you just need to exercise.
  • Increases your metabolic rate. You burn calories off at a faster rate hence makes losing weight easier.
  • Improved self confidence. The better you look the better you feel,
  • Stress relief. Exercise can be used to relieve tension and stress
  • Combats the ageing process. You'll look and feel younger as well as functioning better.
  • Improved sex life. It can increase the ability of females to become aroused as well as increasing the male sex hormone testosterone.
  • Improved posture. Strengthens back and abdominal muscles so cutting down on injury and aiding posture.
