Group Fitness Classes

At Y-Fitness we offer an extensive and varied group fitness timetable suitable for all, from the complete beginner through to the advanced exerciser. We regularly update and change our timetable to bring you the very latest trends in exercise concepts and to ensure there are always a wide variety of classes to suit all workout goals and aims.

All the favourites and some of the latest trends… Y-Pump and Y-Step to Pilates and Spinning. Please check each club's timetable. Additionally many clubs offer, traditional exercises such as running and walking groups, rowing clubs and boxing groups.
