Y-Fitness the Total Fitness Programme is one of the many core programmes offered by YMCA facilities.
Y-Fitness clubs offer a blend of the latest exercise equipment , Group Fitness classes and the most up to date professional advice in friendly and safe surroundings. Our fitness team are all fully qualified under the new Registration of Exercise Professionals (REPs) ensuring we provide the best service for all members. Renowned for their friendly and caring attitude, they are on hand to assist you with your exercise programme, ensuring your workout is safe and effective and you gain the results you are looking for.
Youth Fitness
Y-Fitness offers a unique programme for high school students at crazy low prices. Come along after school between 3.30-5pm when there is Youth Zone in our fitness clubs – cool music and staff on hand to help you with your fitness programme. So if you’re looking to get fit, have fun & meet some new people then this could be the activity for you.
During September & October we are running Youth Focus weeks and with a special $1 a day deal where you can try out the fitness club. Y-Partner Training is Y-Fitness' version of personal training. Y- Partner Trainers offer tailored programmes for you to train more effectively with better results, faster.
Y-Fitness Club Card
There are 12 Y-Fitness clubs (11 in Auckland and 1 in Hamilton) which you have access to on the Y-Fitness Club Card so you can work out close to home or work, giving you ultimate flexibility in fitting your workout around your life.
